I'm Emelia, I am a trained designer (with a BFA from University of Canterbury), illustrator and creative who's a lover of idiosyncratic style, colour and minimalist forms. I have Southland roots and am now based up in Auckland. I can be found either scouting the racks of fashion boutiques, book stores or galleries while sipping on a long black. Or fleeting the city to practice yoga to hiking the snowy South Island peaks. Always carrying a camera close.
For my latest project, I have decided to develop individualised prints. With the subject matter focusing on peoples homes and what that space means to them and their inhabitants. As well as how the structure interacts with its geographic surroundings.
